Garret Glaser founded Glaser Development in 2014 as a Chicago-based residential construction company. We work in city neighborhoods we know well, on a small number of projects at a time, with the people who live nearby in mind.
Glaser Development builds on years of Chicago construction partnership experience, from single-family homes and two-flats to careful renovations of existing housing stock.
Our work is straightforward: honest budgets, clear drawings, and a schedule the trades can plan around.
