Glaser Development (formerly Townes Glaser Development) is inviting qualified subcontractors to bid on two multiunit two-flat buildings on Rhodes Avenue in the Woodlawn neighborhood of Chicago. Each building is approximately 2,400 square feet, City of Chicago permits are in place, and construction is scheduled to begin in December.
